Lindy By The Bay is a free Lindy Hop dance venue on the boardwalk behind the Hilton San Diego Resort on Mission Bay Drive. Water is provided, the music is DJ'd, and the sound system is great. The dance surface is "floated" concrete (a light coat of sand on top makes turns easy). Tennis shoes or running shoes are ideal! Plus, The Hilton's Bayside Terrace restaurant and full "island" bar is right off the boardwalk where we dance and the surrounding Mission Bay Park is absolutely beautiful.
